Britney Spears' tumultuous romantic life is under the miscroscope again after she was seen wearing a diamond ring on her wedding finger.The troubled singer - who is dating British photogapher Adnan Ghalib - revealed the sparkler on a drive around Los Angeles on Thursday morning.
It is the latest twist in Britney's roller coaster saga with Birmingham-raised Adnan, 35, who claimed on U.S. television that Britney wants to marry him and have his baby. Adnan gave two interviews to TV shows The Insider and Entertainment Tonight in which he answered accusations he has tried to cash in on their romance. Adnan spoke for the first time about the photographs of Britney picking up a pregnancy test which first sparked frenzied speculation that the Toxic singer could be expecting. He revealed: "I think she was hoping she was pregnant with my child. I think she felt that she was. She has a very maternal instinct.”
The engagement rumours come after Britney displayed yet more bizarre behaviour. Meanwhile, the singer's potential fiance Adnan continues to cash in on their romance.He is said to have received a hefty pay cheque - one source estimates as high as £100,000 - from US TV networks that are running interviews on the couple's romance all this week. However he insisted she had "absolutely not" taken out a restraining order against him.
Adnan said: "You know. It's unfortunate and I hate to say it, but people don't like happy in Hollywood. I don't think anybody wants her to be happy."
