The Orphanage - Movie Trailer
Shilpa Shetty's Affair with Raj Kundra
Shilpa Shetty has admitted that she is in a relationship with 32-year-old London-based millionaire Raj Kundra.
Shilpa had recently confirmed to a London daily that she is indeed dating someone and that she has known him for some time now.
The duo was previously in news when Kundra's former wife Kavita accused Shilpa Shetty of breaking up their marriage. The Bollywood star denies the accusation.
Shilpa and Kundra were first spotted publicly at the London launch of her perfume, back in June and then again at the IIFA awards in Leeds.
Kundra is an entrepreneur with jewellery and film businesses in london and India.
Earlier,Shilpa was quoted by news agency PTI as saying that she was being unnecessarily dragged into the mess that Kundra's marriage had become and that she was considering taking legal action against Kundra's wife for tarnishing her image.

Shahrukh Khan more popular than Tom Cruise
But,recent indications show that King Khan will have less room to complain in the ears to come. Bollywood cash flow has just begun to build up in tandem with its
effort to build global scale and reach. And last month, there was an opportunity
to guage the current market appeal of both Khan and Cruise. Lions for Lambs,
directed by Robert Redford and starring Tom Cruise and Meryl Streep released
about the same time as Om Shanti Om (OSO), directed by Farah Khan and starring
Shahrukh Khan and debutante Deepika Padukone. Cruise's movie, which had consumed
$35 million in production, garnered $10.3 million in 45 markets on its opening
weekend. Khan's movie, also his home production, grossed $19 million worldwide
in its opening weekend.
But the most thumping show of the rising might of Indian films came Tamil Superstar
Rajinikant's Sivaji , which collected between Rs 100-150 crore worldwide —
the highest for any Indian film so far. While OSO and Sivaji are just like oases
in a desert, they show that Indian movies have it in them to be global
offerings.
Bollywood is sure to make a determined bid to narrow its revenue gap with Hollywood, experts say. Advances in digital technology have brought down the cost of prints — a ig cost element — by as much as 90%. That has made it easier for Indian
film producers to put out many more prints for distribution. So a movie like OSO
is today able to release with a simultaneous print run of 1,400, of which 500
are digital.

Shah Rukh Khan's new role as Nokia handsets Promoter
Shah Rukh Khan appeared at a media
event in Mumbai, Sunday, December 23, to promote Nokia cell phones.
This is the first time since Nokia's entry into India that a celebrity
has been roped in for their brand campaign.
Rattled by the increase in the market share of rivals Motorola
and Sony Ericsson, brands promoted by Hrithik Roshan and Abhishek
Bachchan respectively, the Finnish cell phone giant has roped in Shah
Rukh Khan to promote their products.
Shah Rukh appears in a television commercial launched Dec 21, shot by Pradeep Sarkar, who directed films such as Parineeta and Laaga Chunari Me Daag.
The promo shows Shah Rukh on and off the sets, balancing his work and life by staying connected through his Nokia.
He is shown using different Nokia products such as checking his
e-mail on one of the phones and interacting with his fans as they take
his pictures on Nokia handsets.
"Shah Rukh Khan represents youth, he is trendy and also tech
savvy. He has been a Nokia user for the last ten years and hence, this
association," explains Devinder Kishore, Director Marketing, Nokia
India.

Movie Review : Taare Zameen Par
By indiafm
Tuesday Dec 18 3:10 PM
Come to think of it, after two back-to-back hits [RANG DE BASANTI, FANAA], Aamir Khan
could've given a positive nod to any masala flick and chosen to work
with anyone he desired. But he preferred to make a film on a dyslexic
kid, make him the focal point of the story and don three caps-
producer, actor and director.
At the very outset, let's make one thing clear. TAARE ZAMEEN PAR
isn't one of those films that merely entertains, but also enlightens.
TAARE ZAMEEN PAR is one film that makes you peep into a child's mind
and how some parents, in their pursuit to make them 'stronger'
academically, forget that there's hitherto untapped talent that needs
to be nourished and encouraged.
TAARE ZAMEEN PAR drives home a strong message, making you empathize
with the kid, compelling you to draw parallels with your life, making
one realize that some of the renowned geniuses were once scoffed at,
but the world had to bow down to their intellect later.
Sure, TAARE ZAMEEN PAR boasts of a story that strikes a chord, but
most importantly, it has been treated with such sensitivity and
maturity that you're left shell-shocked in amazement by the sheer
impact it leaves at the end of this 18 reeler.
TAARE ZAMEEN PAR heralds the birth of a topnotch storyteller-Aamir
Khan. To choose a story that's a far cry from the mundane stuff that's
being churned out like factory products, requires courage and
conviction and to execute it with panache is a rarity.
Those who somewhere nursed a grudge that the camera follows Aamir in
all his films, will chew their words once they watch TAARE ZAMEEN PAR.
Yes, Aamir has a key role to portray as an actor, but the camera
captures the child's emotions like never before in a Hindi film. Also,
let's also clear the myth about TAARE ZAMEEN PAR being a kiddie film.
It's not! It's about children. Note the difference! >>>more
